The act of acknowledging the veracity and affirmative vitality of political landscape in the country (Nigeria) by the perennial malady that has dogged development in every aspect of our national, state and local lives would be very pertinent to realize that it is true that the task of redrawing and rejuvenating the political landscape of a people must start with the increased generation and equitable distribution of wealth, since it is well known that material wealth mainly consists the lenses through which a citizen sees the society.

This is because the well defined and hyperopic political landscape in the nation is the substantial portion or representation through which every aspect of the political administration credence is comprehended including the political system and its ideology.

It is an indispensable tree of elusive change that tremendously determined the success or failure of political enhancement of peaceful co-existent environment between and among the distinct ethnic groups in the country, seeing in their behavioural conduct towards national interest and unity that holds the centre of microcosm of existence of the country.

Presumably, every country in the world has a political landscape that affects its people and the state of the nation either positively or negatively. In the case of Nigeria, this is discovered in an escalating sequence of entropic political leadership, myopic ruling and narrow-mindedness in the course of governance of the perennial malady who has been hamstrung the masses (Nigerians in name of cross purpose with their preachment of nationalism.

This is the reasons, Mbibi Longinus Chinagorom the writer of this piece made a conscious effort to discover the unscrupulous attitude of public officers, (political echelons) who seem to have bound themselves with the same fetters of corruption by pursuing selfish and clannish interest and electing to remain apathetic in this country (Nigeria). Indeed, no nation can be built with this unique kind of complacency and complicity in the most populous black nation on earth.

However, this is a clarion call for us to ponder our hearts and minds towards the political landscape of this country (Nigeria) a while and cross-check whether it is affecting the country and its citizens positively or negatively or stimulates progression or retrogression gear towards the development of its existence, and advancement of its technologies or not.

That is why, it is very critical significant to first and foremost identify what the problem or the situation in the country is all about before demanding steps to be used in proffering solutions to tackle the problems facing the country. These should be oiling with the political leaders and opportunists heading the nation's affair.

 Moreso, the casing of the political landscape in Nigeria has been creating hurtful environment atmosphere because the trend in Nigeria has not followed international best practice beholding in their untrue federalism and traditional corruption cherishing and passing from one course of government to another among the perennial malady in the country (Nigeria).

Consequently, the entropic leadership and untrue federalism which have rooted the system of governance in Nigeria in neglecting the earlier political landscale of the forefathers have caused so much mayhem and upheaval such as damaged the country's name internationally, making the giant of Africa remaining the crawling and the beggarly, and weeping boy in the comity of nations. These political leaders and opportunists don't even care about the detriments of what their leadership and system of administrations have caused to the country and its citizens both internally and externally (internationally).

It is however worthy to note that Nigeria cannot afford to plummet further if our political leaders and opportunists remaining impertinent and unremorseful about their belligerent attitude of leadership which has rubbished the image of the country internationally and brought perplexities to its citizens.

Moreso, tell me, how do we raise the vision of Nigeria and Nigerians to the larger picture of the national unity and play the critical role in the administration of the country in sustaining the positive direction of the country we want, without the redrawing the political landscape of the country and its people for the betterment of all. This is because the political landscale f a nation contains the most invaluable and viable mandate of success of what the nation it is, seeing in peace, tranquility and unity of the nation, and their insight and foresight to path of greatness and advancement of its existence in the civilized world where exhibitions of incivilization, indiscipline and disobedience to the law of the land or constitution of the country will not exist among the leaders and the citizens.

 But positive mindset and ambition of making good laws by that will favour and improve the selflessness and visionary development and promotion of the nation's economics, technology and well being. This is the vividly mental picture dream Nigerians want the political leaders and opportunists to have in their minds in administering the course of the governance or managing the nation's affair.

Furthermore, the demonstration of this dream can be determined by two kinds of leaders in the world today: those who are interested in the fleece and those who are interested in the flock. However,this has to do with their psychological and sociological states of minds. The political landscale in Nigeria bis obsolete and corrupted thereby hindering privileges to political leaders and the opportunist to captive themselves in ambitious self-seeking,inten or motive rather than the selflessly and good representation for the people.

 Besides, because the political system has been corrupted and some individuals who are psychologically enslaved to greed phenomena. Often recieves bribe or even bribe other official with the intention to destroy individuals who seems to be a stumbling block for them in achieving their selfish goals or clannish interests. Consequently, with pattern or kind of mindset among these perennial malady, Nigeria greatness will still wallow in the cycle of blackness of darkness.

Conclusively, political landscape is an indispensable and substantial pillar at representing the embodiment of the nation's systematic governance in producing vividly mental picture of position of the country dividend of democracy, political system and its ideology.

There will be no conviction, no provocation, no trumpet call has stirred the souls of Nigerians, electrified the whole being and provided a clearer beacon light in the existence of Nigeria's sojourn in the world of civilization without the redrawing the political landscape of the people's expectations and desires. This can be done through political enlightenment. The political enlightenment will widen the knowledge of the citizens towards the administrations of the country and give them sense of belonging and trigger sightful responsibilities in them to the unity of development  of the country.

To sum it up, this call made by Mbibi Longinus Chinagorom the writer of this piece, for the political echelons to redrawing the political landscape of the country is both the ruled and the rulers to realize and have insights in term of primary concerns of the image of Nigeria territory; sustaining national interest in the unification of the betterment of the country and itd citizens; strengthening the dividend of democracy; tremendously preserving the sanctity of human rights; and continuing its equitable socialization of wealth, especially especially with regards to penury of workers and plight of the unemployed. 

By so doing the led and lead would have comfortable environment to advance themselves in all ramifications.
