Leadership - Nigeria Needs an Ideal Leadership not Game of Dealership
NIGERIA NEEDS IDEAL LEADERSHIP NOT GAME OF DEALERSHIP

The existence of leadership in the country supposedly is for the betterment of the country and well-being of the Nigerians but the past and present leadership in Nigeria have been in the game of dealership and self-seeking rather than an ideal leadership. The country came into existence and got her independence in order to lead and rule themselves and make things good, secure and easier for everyone living in the country but the mindsets of people piloting the nation's affairs are very scoundrels and nefariously. Has the essence of leadership been achieved? If nothing is working and leadership of the country failed.
What then is the leadership in
Nigeria?
Therefore, the menaces going on
in the country caused us to have quick realization of the system of leadership
in the country that has not been seen nor been benefited as it is wholly
blessed and endowed with natural resources and crude oil by God for the leaders
and their opportunists to manage it in useful ways in favour of the country and
its citizens but the natural mindset of the purposefully richness of the
country has been mortgaged and folded in the hands of few individuals. Do those
individuals aware of such insanity of their behaviour in public offices? Have
they really realized that they are called to service not self-seeking. Well, if
they could hearken the voices of opinion leaders even the cries of the masses
and wake up from their deadly conscience nothing is too late to fix again.
However, these set of leaders who
have several self-centered systems and technicalities that help their
dealership to be achieved leaving the masses in perplexities, vulnerable
situations and abject poverty without having a rethink that they are leaders.
Are you sure they understand the meaning of leadership let alone its qualities
before finding themselves there. Instead of leading positively, they are
confusing and deterring the country into quagmire. In this civilized time,
what type of leadership is this? Can such be called leadership? If, where are
its essential criteria for qualification and quantification as it may be
demanding by intellectuals. They forsaken the sceptre of leadership but
embraced dealership of selfishness without being sensible and prudence about
the country they are rulings in the Africa. Nigeria has become a mock stock in
the hands of other countries.
Presumably, the bondage of selfish interest of the leaders has made them to become bunch of morons in their leadership styles in the country and beyond. They are the ones that gotten themselves into this captivity of personal oriented interest must be satisfied first rather than the people oriented interest first. Selflessness has been caged and what is leading in the country's leadership is selfishness, nepotism, corruption and tribalistic sentiment. Can the country be redeemed from this? Yes! Through only ideal leadership if it can be allowed to emerge by having the right and God-fearing man to be the president of the country.
Succinctly, the call of ideal leadership in the country is the clarion called of all Nigerians. The leadership of the country since 1999 till now has not been able to fix and fulfill the positive objectives of the country. This present leadership is said to be worsening, nothing is working right in the country, the economic is in total shamble, lives and property are lost every day. Nowhere is secured. Could this clarion called bring in an ideal leadership? Absolutely yes! How this can happen is for the Nigerians to rise up and vote out the bad leaders during the general elections especially this coming 2023 general elections in order for the right and good leaders to emerge and re-position the country. This will provide redemption and restorations of the country's lost glory again in the comity of nations.
Apparently through this wise
decision and step, Nigeria will no longer be leading and directing in darkness
any more but light because there is (are) leaders on top of the country's
leadership and affairs with working system and capacity to actualize the
expectations of the citizens in the country. This means that an ideal leader is
selfless and dedicated to serve the country and its citizens. As the result of
the menaces going on in the country now, what fits Nigeria is the ideal leader
comes 2023 general elections. This will bring the regeneration of the country
from darkness into light then the economics of the country will regain its good shape including other institutions (sectors).
Finally, you will agree with me
that if Nigerians can wake up and come out en masses devoid of selling their
conscience because of money and vote in the right presidential candidate and
other right candidates, Nigeria may have an ideal leadership and leaders come
2023 general elections.
God must be involved in the governmental systems for He has ordained authorities.
