The inimical inducements by self-seekers, opportunists and cabals in the process of administration and governance in the country (Nigeria) have been preserving corruption in various sectors and parastatals. It is because the privilege the individuals have involving in the process of administration and governance used these opportunities to represent their personal interest rather than the desire and expectancy of the masses in the country. How can the government and various sectors improve the standard of living and ameliorate ugly development befallen the country every day with such a mindset?

However, stimulating harmful ideas, system and technicality by these charlatans opportunely chanced to formulate, implement and realise the nation's affair in order to achieve their ambitious and rapacious targets have caused more harm than good in the country to the extent it has led to the fallacy of federalism; murdered of true democracy;  infringement of fundamental human rights and disobedience of rule of laws; emasculation of minority; miscarriage of justice; marginalisation of small ethnic group; malfunction of constitution; freedom of kleptomaniac; insecurities; spur of management and judiciary rascality among the ruled and the rulers.

This contemporary phenomenon has become prevalent in the administration and governance in the government and various sectors and parastatals of the country. It had given room to many wrong act and cripple the progress and advancement of the country. The most trending aspect of it is the culture of marrying to corruption rather than good governance. In other words, having desire to satisfying interior motives thereby forsaking the interest of the citizens.

Thus, one may ask how does this inimical sprouting seeds of inducement succeed its mission? It does this by generating and making technical and good ideas, system and pleasure of those charlatans seem to be genuine, impeccable and outstanding but it is a mirage because their act of administration and governance have proven that before God and man. It is a spurious of system that wallowing and recycling around personal interest; that leaves great perplexities to the people and unpleasant experience in the history of the representatives.

Wherefore, it is their beliefs and faith of these charlatans in the nation's affair to have their own ways of getting their ambitious desires instead of selfless representatives and administration in the country. 

Conclusively, my submission as remedies for the increase of inimical sprouting seeds of inducement in Nigerian government by generating spurious ideas and systems will only preserve corruption and promote bad administration and governance thereby crippling advancement of the country. On the contrary, radiation of mindset to eradicate corruption by these leaders, opportunists and cabals will bring good development of administration and governance and therefore improving the plight situations of the country and her citizens.

Summing-up, let all that are opportunely to involve in the administration and governance should stick against spurious ideas and systems. Let them also spurn and shun every forms of corrupt practice in managing the nation's affair and also those in the various sectors and parastatal should always do the right thing especially in their decision-making and policy formulation.
